Assessment
Traditional assessments measure what people know. hildda measures how they think, adapt, and create value with AI.
Candidates are given a real business challenge and access to an AI assistant, just as they would have on the job. Rather than assessing a predefined answer, hildda evaluates how they approach problems, interact with AI, challenge assumptions, adapt to new information, and turn insights into action.
